Because these retailers process your order, payment, shipping, and fulfillment, all questions regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping issues, or damaged products must be handled directly through the retailer from whom you purchased the book.

Signed Books

From time to time, Tom Sotis LLC may offer personally signed books for sale directly through this website.

Because these books are individually signed and prepared specifically for each customer, all signed book sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

If your signed book arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
